When will I receive my Cash Back payment?
Payments are sent every three months, provided you have accumulated at least $5.01 in Cash Back. You can choose to receive your 'Big Fat Check' via physical mail or through a PayPal transfer.
What should I do if my Cash Back is missing?
If your Cash Back hasn't appeared in your account within 7 days of your purchase, you can use our 'Missing Cash Back' form to provide your order details, and our team will investigate the transaction with the retailer.
How do I handle returns and exchanges?
Returns are subject to the specific policy of the store where you made the purchase. Please note that returning or canceling an order will result in the forfeiture of the Cash Back earned on that transaction.
Can I use coupons and still earn Cash Back?
Yes, but we recommend using only the promo codes listed on the Rakuten site. Using external coupons or those from other rewards programs may void your eligibility for Rakuten Cash Back.
Is there a fee to join Rakuten?
No, Rakuten is completely free to use. There are no membership fees or hidden costs associated with earning rewards through our platform.
